CrossInnovation.NET has a new opportunity for a Quality Assurance Analyst/Tester for agricultural-finance industry. Technology exposure includes machine-to-machine (M2M), client-server real-time transaction support, and neural networks. We are looking for a highly-motivated self-starter with an ability to identify root-cause issues and develop recommended design approaches and strong execution ability. Must be able to work onsite in Kansas City, MO and open to the possibility of full-time employment transfer to our client.

This position provides the highest level of planning, designing, implementing, and executing all testing activities needed for successful ongoing deployment of a project, including test plans, test cases, test scripts, and testing environments. Develops the end-to-end testing process and maintains the integrity, security, availability, reliability, and performance of technical repository for testing. Provides the highest level of technical support and timely assistance to clients. Responsible for ensuring continuous improvement in QA processes. Accountable for complying with all laws and regulations associated with duties and responsibilities.

Skills

• Bachelors Degree in a computer-related field or equivalent.
• Requires knowledge of computing systems and the applications development process, including computer equipment, programming languages, programming and analysis techniques, relational databases, operating systems, test planning and test methodologies, and test data management.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve logical problems such as those found in mathematics, statistics, etc.
• Preferred of two to five years of related work experience, extensive professional systems or programming background in one or more of the following areas of specialty:
• Knowledge of various of programming languages such as C++, C# and scripts
• Database technologies and SQL
• Network/server/telecommunications systems software
• Automated testing experience, including planning and conducting functional and performance testing preferred
• Experience in testing web, client-server applications
• Must have understanding of testing systems installation and maintenance
• Provides technical leadership in automated testing tools and QA

Salary expectations commensurate with experience. This is a contract position.
